ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has sent a letter to the Interpol requesting for issuance of red warrants against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Moonis Elahi, an accused wanted in a money laundering and corruption case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

Earlier, the Special Judge Central Court Lahore had issued a perpetual arrest warrant against Moonis Elahi after declaring him a proclaimed offender.
