PESHAWAR: The Khyber district administration Tuesday distributed food items amongst Afghan nationals at Torkham border.
The Additional Assistant Commissioner (AAC) Shamaul Islam distributed the distributes food items amongst hundreds of Afghanis on Pak-Aghan border at Torkham on various spots.
On the occasion, AAC Shamsul Islam, along with his team went person to person and gave them the package. During the activity, Shams also guided individuals how to take precautionary measures and take care of others.
He told them prevention is the only way to fight the Corona menace. Speaking to media persons AAC Shamsul Islam that the Khyber Deputy Commissioner Mahmood Aslam Wazir and other official have been endeavouring to support the broken humanity in troubled hour and protect people from the Corona menace.
He added that Afghan nationals thanked the KP government and Khyber district administration for the act of disturbing food and facilitating them.
