Future of aesthetic physicians bright: Solangi

RAWALPINDI (APP): Caretaker Federal Minister for Information, Broadcasting and Parliamentary Affairs Murtaza Solangi on Sunday said that the future of aesthetic physicians was bright, everyone wants to look good.

Addressing a function organized by the Association of Aesthetic Physicians of Pakistan here, the minister congratulated the management for organizing the event.

He said that aesthetic physicians and their businesses had a prominent position in the health sciences because looking good was everyone’s desire.

He said that the expansion of the scope of the Association of Aesthetic Physicians of Pakistan will significantly improve the aesthetic health scenario in Pakistan and it will also benefit the people at the grassroots level.

He said that the mandate and duration of the caretaker government were limited, but it would try to address the complaints of the Aesthetic Physicians Association of Pakistan and provide it with all possible facilities within the legal framework.

Solangi rebuts social media reports about GB, vows legal action against rumour mongers: Caretaker Minister of Information and Broadcasting, and Parliamentary Affairs Murtaza Solangi on Sunday strongly rebutted different rumours circulating on social media regarding Gilgit-Baltistan.

The rumours suggested that a proposal to hand over GB to another country for 50 years was under consideration. In a post on X formerly Twitter, the minister said there was no truth in such rumours.

He added that no such news was published by any newspaper. Those spreading this fake news to achieve their nefarious designs would face legal action, the minister vowed.

Earlier, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting through its social media account also rejected the news as fake.

“Disseminating fake news is not only unethical and illegal but it is also disservice to the nation. It is the responsibility of everyone to reject irresponsible behaviour. Reject #FakeNews,” it wrote on X.
