MUMBAI: Akshay Kumar is widely known for his dedication and commitment towards his work. The actor is known to follow a disciplined routine enabling him to maximise his output. His last release, Kesari, is currently going extremely strong at the box-office. Rumours suggest that the actor will soon be hosting a success bash for the film along with producer Karan Johar.
A report in a leading daily claims that Akshay is overjoyed with success of the film especially after all the effort that went into making the project. It is also Akshay’s first collaboration with Karan Johar and the two want to celebrate the success with their friends.
A source close to the actor stated, “Well, certainly, the closeness can be seen from the fact that Akshay came on the recent season of Koffee with Karan 6. It was one of the best episodes of the season. Akshay and Karan are also working on another film, Good News, which stars Kareena Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani. Good News is slated to release on September 6, 2019.”
Kesari has already collected Rs. 93.49 crore at the box-office a week after its release and is expected to cross the Rs. 100 core mark today.
