THARPARKAR (INP): The dead bodies of two lovebirds belonging to two different religions were found in a well in village Sura Chand in Tharparkar on Sunday.
According to police, the deceased Muslim boy and Hindu girl were lovers who ended their lives by jumping into the well in dejection after failing to get married.
Police said the bodies of the couple were recovered from a 40-foot deep well in village Sura Chand.
The deceased boy was identified as 22-year-old Asif, s/o Ismail Shoru and the girl was identified as 17-year-old Durga, d/o Diya Ram Kohli.
After getting the news of recovery of two bodies in a well, police reached the venue and pulled them out.
