KABUL (Khaama Press): The Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation Affairs states that close to a thousand Afghan migrants returned to the country after being expelled by Pakistan.
According to a newsletter released by the ministry on Sunday, 913 Afghan migrants residing in Pakistan have entered the country.

The Ministry of Migrants Affairs has stated that the expelled individuals returned to the country twice through the Torkham and Spin Boldak border crossings.
This comes as both Pakistan and Iran have recently intensified the expulsion of Afghan citizens from their territories, with hundreds of Afghans, including families and individuals, entering the country daily through various border crossings.
Pakistan and Iran consistently cite the lack of legal documentation for residency in their countries as the primary reason for the expulsion of Afghan migrants.
