ISLAMABAD: Over 66,585 applications on Sunday received under Government Hajj Scheme on sixth day.
According to spokesman of the ministry, the designated banks had received 66,585 Hajj applications under the Government Hajj Scheme.The government scheme applications will be received till Mar 6.
Banks had received hajj applications on Saturday and Sunday on special instructions of Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.
This year total 179,210 Pakistani pilgrims will perform the sacred religious ceremony this year.
The applicants must get receipt and bank stamp from the banks.
