PHC grants bail to 3 alleged murderers

PESHAWAR: The single bench of Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim of Peshawar High Court had granted bail to three alleged murderer, on Monday.
The counsel for petitioner Danyal Chamkani Advocate argued that Gul Nawaz, Mursalin and Shah Muhammad were nominated in murder case on complaint of Talib Khan.
The offense was motivated on dispute over shop in which Malang was allegedly killed on 26 April by the petitioner, counsel informed.
The counsel for petitioner Danyal Chamkani Advocate informed PHC that learned trial court had rejected bail, so High Court has approached to obtain remedy.
Moreover, Justice Waqar Ahmad of PHC has granted bail to alleged drug smuggler who arrested at motorway toll plaza Peshawar.
The counsel for petitioner informed that police had recovered hashish from the secret cavities of vehicle while prosecution claims that the petitioner namely Baghi Shah was smuggling Ice-drugs to Punjab in huge quantity.
AD&SJ grants bail to alleged smuggler
Additional District and Session (AD&SJ) Peshawar Muhammad Sajjid granted bail to alleged smuggler, on Monday.
The counsel for petitioner Asad Khan Advocate informed that police has recovered two kilogram heroin from Sabir in the premises of Agha Mir Jani police station. AD&SJ Peshawar Muhammad Sajjid after finalization arguments granted bail to Sabir alleged smuggler.
