Private Schools Association condemned the Govt’s decision for Closure of Schools

ISLAMABAD: All Pakistan Schools and Colleges Associations (APPSCA) has condemned the government decision for halting of educational process in education institutions for two weeks in certain cities of the country including Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

It was announced by the Supreme Council of All Pakistan Schools and Colleges Associations in a news conference in Islamabad today. The Supreme Council said that Educational institutions were not responsible for spread of coronavirus in the country but it was government who acted carelessly by ordering restoration of all fight operations, opening of marriage halls, and public activities at full capacity which reignited the coronavirus pandemic in the country.

They said that this crucial time for the students and Matric annual examinations are scheduled in first week of April and it is not possible to interrupt the education process at this stage.

The Supreme Council of All Pakistan Schools and Colleges Associations (APPSCA) maintained that the private Schools will be open during these days will 50 % strength and fully observance of SOPs in twin cities of Rawalpindi, Islamabad and if government take any actions against schools the whole associations will react against the government.
