F.P. Report

ISLAMABAD: Awami Muslim League (AML) President Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad has on Monday said that Sharif brothers will not get a National Reconciliation Ord-inance (NRO) this time even if they visit all Arab countries.

Talking to media outside Supreme Court, Shaikh Rasheed said that the people involved in money laundering can not get support from anywhere and they will eventually be jailed.

Shaikh Rasheed said that Sharifs are waiting in Saudi Arabia to meet King Mohammad Bin Salman but he has not given them time to meet yet.

He said that the feel is being given that Saudis are going to manage NRO for Shairfs, however they will be no NRO this time.

“Even if the entire Arab world unites, Nawaz Sharif will not get an NRO”.

“Both brothers are waiting to be summoned [by the Saudi royal leadership] since yesterday,” he claimed.

Rasheed stated further that the time has come to resign [from the assemblies] and come out on the streets.

He informed further that Pakistan Peoples Party’s leader and senior advocate Sardar Latif Khosa will represent him in the Hudaibiya and LNG cases.

“He [Khosa] promised to represent me in the cases during the recent all parties conference (APC) in Lahore,” said Rasheed, adding that the APC was a success in his opinion and he cannot say the same for others.

Rasheed said that the nat-ion will soon come to know about the future, and advised to wait.

MNA Jamshed Dasti said that accountability of dishonest people is going on in the country, and the offenders must not get parliament’s support. Corrupt politicians should be hanged, he demanded.

Dasti talked to media outside the Supreme Court (SC) and said his lawyer will appear before the court in case pertaining to Election Act 2017. He said he wants the supremacy of rule of law and strong institutions in Pakistan.
