Millions of X (formerly Twitter) users were captivated by a series of videos and updates depicting the journey of Connor, an Alabama man who got stuck in a decorative urn during a house party.

The first video of the thrilling saga showed a man, later identified as Connor Padgett, lying on the ground with the lower half of his body stuck in what appeared to be a giant urn.

Various guests at what is believed to be a New Year’s Eve party are at are seen crowding around him trying to figure out ways to get him out.

Someone is heard suggesting to Padgett that he try taking his sweater off, to which he responds, “I already took my belt off and that didn’t do s***.”

While some people can be heard laughing at the situation, more people begin to cheer Padgett on and offer him words of encouragement as he tries to push himself out.

One girl is heard explaining to other guests, “His knees are hitting (the top of the urn),” which is why he could not get out.

More videos of the ordeal showed what happened before and after the original video, which has since amassed more than 13 million views.

In one clip, Padgett and the urn are still standing upright as he tells his friends that they will have to call the fire department.

Another clip shows Padgett finally being rescued from the vessel. As a man carefully breaks the urn with a hammer, two women can be seen comforting and trying to distract Padgett from the rescue happening near his backside.

After Padgett was freed from the urn, the user tweeted, “People are now discussing the cost of the shattered urn. I’m hearing prices ranging from $500 to as high as $3000 US American dollars.”

The user said that Padgett also emerged pantless from the urn, which was believed to be “lost or damaged in the incident.”

He said Padgett was given a drink and a cigarette after the ordeal before being ushered into an Uber by his friends.
