TIMERGARA: Three people were killed and two injured in different incidents here in Lower Dir on Monday. A youth identified as Imran Khan was killed while his friend Atta ur Rehman was critically injured when the car they were travelling in plunged into a deep ravine on Katkala Nagri road in the jurisdiction of Talash police station.
The injured youth was referred to Peshawar. Local police registered a case and started investigation. Also in the day another youth identified as Shahab, a resident of Kambat was killed while his friend Farman was injured when a loaded truck hit their motor cycle near Mela Dag in the jurisdiction of Munda police station. The injured was rushed to DHQ hospital Timergara. The Munda police registered a case and started investigation. Similarly, a man identified as Lal Zaman was killed when roof of his house caved in at Golr Kaai village in the limits of Samar Bagh police station.
