Stokes and Hales included England ODI squad against Australia

SYDNEY: England included the two suspended players, Ben Stokes and Alex Hales in the ODI squad against Australia series although whether he plays remains in doubt.

The All-rounder Stokes is currently banned from international cricket as the British authorities are probing his alleged involvement in a late-night fight outside a Bristol nightclub.

Batsman Alex Hales who was also facing the same situation and he was also included in the 16-man squad for One-day series which will be starting from January 14.

Selectors told media that both the players were included in the one-day squad however their involvement was in doubt to any relevant legal development in connection to the Bristol incident in September.

Ben Stokes did not travel to Australia with the England because of legal cases and missed the first two tests of Ashes in which Australia beat England easily.
