ISLAMABAD: A new wave of Terrorism is expected to hit the Country in coming days. Islamabad, Karachi, Quetta, Lahore and Peshawar are the potential targets of the terrorists. Ministry of Interior has informed 20 important personalities of the country who are on the hit list of the terrorists. It has been informed to the media by Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad during a press conference in Islamabad today (Friday).
Sheikh Rashid Ahmad said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is ready to go to Quetta to meet the families of slain Hazara labourers as the dead bodies are buried. He informed the media that two federal Representatives Ali Zaidi, Federal Minister for Ports and Shipping and SAPM for Overseas Pakistanis and HR Development Zulfi Bukhari are still present in Quetta and negotiating with the families of victims. Shaikh said that the Government is seeking cooperation of religious scholars to amicably settle the matter of burial of victims of Machh incident.
Shaikh Rashid further said that Investigation is in progress, Desh and few others entities claimed the responsibility of Machh incident and government is analysing the situation. The international powers are behind the targeting of Hazara community over the last many years to instigate the Sectarian riots in the country.
He said that he has directed the FC to launch a large scale search operation in the area to bring the culprits to justice.
