Another miscreant involved in GHQ attack identified

ISLAMABAD: Authorities have succeeded in identifying yet another person who was involved in an attack on the GHQ, Rawalpindi on May 9, on Saturday.

The man, who has been identified as Raja Majid Hussain Dhanial, has been PTI North Punjab’s senior vice president and secretary legal affairs.   

Dhanial reportedly incited the protestors prior to an attack on the GHQ.

He resorted to anti-state sloganeering and actively participated in vandalism.

In view of his role in the violence, law-enforcement agencies have swung into action and are closing in on him.

Mobs of people had gone violent in major cities of the country following the arrest of former prime minister and PTI Chairman on May 9.

They had attacked the Jinnah House in Lahore, GHQ in Rawalpindi, Radio Pakistan in Peshawar besides other buildings and memorials of the martyrs.
