Fazle Haq

MARDAN: Awami National Party(ANP) Central Senior Vice President and former Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti on Monday has said that he will convince Maulana Fazlur Rehman to negotiate with PTI.

The hammer should be used for justice, Tehreek-e-Insaf will also be invited in ANP’ APC, he was talking to media representatives at his residence on Eid. Ameer Haider Khan Hoti said that it is not about May and October, the whole battle is being fought for popularity and acceptance, those who are accepted want popularity and those who are popular are running for acceptance. Political decisions cannot be made by other institutions. There is an economic, political, legal and constitutional crisis in the country. There is a clear division in the judiciary.

We would request that the Chief Justice should end the differences within the judiciary instead of interfering in political matters and the hammer should be used for justice and the constitution. Ameer Haider Khan Hoti said that the Supreme Court called on short notice and therefore did not appear.

Political decisions cannot be made by other institutions. The political people have to come together to solve the crisis. He said that the Supreme Court cannot issue contempt of court notice to the Prime Minister because the Prime Minister had presented the Money Bill in the Parliament, if such situations arise, the court will have to disqualify the entire Parliament.

In certain circumstances, the elections can go ahead for ninety days, Imran Khan is afraid of disqualification. In response to a question, Ameer Haider Khan Hoti said that ANP has called APC on May 3 to resolve the political crisis. Despite the differences, all political parties including PTI will be invited. Contact has been made.

A meeting has been arranged in a couple of days. May Allah make the political jarga of Jamaat-e-Islami successful, but one party cannot bear the burden of the current political crisis. He further said that the ANP is in the field and will never run away from the election. The parties that choose to run away from the election themselves will suffer political losses. The issue of elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is in the court.
