ISLAMABAD: #AskariBankGreenDay was organized for the third consecutive year. Plantation drive was conducted in AKBL branch surroundings that include parks, schools and public places. Government dignitaries, valued customers and media celebrities endorsed & participated in the campaign to make Pakistan green.
Atif R. Bokhari President & CEO, Askari Bank, inaugurated the plantation drive by planting a tree at F-9 Park, Islamabad.
Bokhari while expressing his views on the occasion said, “Working towards a Greener Pakistan is the need of the hour and we owe it to our future generations. Through #AskariBankGreenDay we aspire for a greener Pakistan by planting trees and by inspiring people around us to contribute towards this cause.”
