Atmar off to Germany for talks

KABUL: National Security Advisor (NSA) Mohammad Hanif Atmar on Tuesday left Kabul for Germany for an official visit, his office said.

Atmar would meet high-ranking defense officials, parliament members and visit some academic institutions, a statement from NSA’s office said.

The official would discuss with German officials political and diplomatic relations between the two countries, as well as expansion of security and economic cooperation.
