KOHAT: The District Police Officer Kohat Abbas Majeed Khan Marwat said that reforms in the police force and change in technical structure to deal with the challenges is an urgent need of the day.
Five special schools have been set up in the province to bring the police force training as a global standard. The main role of training practices cannot be forgotten to drive traffic management to the right direction.
He expressed his views while addressing the function organized in the end of the training course at the school of traffic management Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Kohat. Director of Police School of Traffic Management Kohat, DSP Ibrahimullah and DSP Training Bashir Dad were present on the occasion. The District Police Officer Kohat Abbas Majeed Khan Marwat said in his address that there is a similar policy of every rank police officer for there in services training in province. He congratulated the participants of the course, saying that this course introduced with reference to traffic management holds a spinal cord in your professional career and emphasized that use of all your energies and capabilities to increase the honor, reputation of the police force and increase of professional training. They were also instructed to handle all the issues related to policing and work for improving countrywide by managing their duties properly.
The District Police Officer Abbas majeed Marwat Proposes the professional course as a racind blood in veins for personnel of force and said that a similar policy set up for in services training of every rank police officer in the province and to achieve this objective, five specialized schools have been set up in the province due to the consiquential role in professional training factors, the police officers skills capabilities are becoming more focused.
The District Police Officer Abbas Majeed Khan Marwat hoped that the training given during the course will make positive and standard impact on the professional career of the personnel and they will ensure better services of people working in the field to use knowledge and experience they have received during the training. On this occasion, the District Police Officer Abbas Majeed Khan Marwat distributed Certificates among the police personnel who completed the training course.
