LAHORE: Former national cricket team captain Azhar Ali’s father has won a gold medal in a marathon race in Sheikhupura.
Muhammad Rafique, 76, won the gold medal in the 21km race, leaving everyone behind.
Earlier, He has also participated in marathons in Pakistan and Dubai.
Azhar expressed his joy for his father’s accomplishment by dropping a tweet.
