IEA hails, supports
provision of aid by UN

KABUL (Agencies): The Deputy Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in a meeting with the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations in Afghanistan, called the United Nations and aid organizations’ mission in Afghanistan vital.
According to a statement released by Arg, Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister met with Ramiz Al-Akbarov, the Deputy Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General in Afghanistan.
Al-Akbarov thanked the officials of the Islamic Emirate for the support of humanitarian aid from the United Nations and its affiliated organizations in Afghanistan.
He expressed satisfaction with the creation of better management employees of this organization to carry out activities and provide assistance on behalf of the Islamic Emirate.
For his part, Deputy Prime Minister Hanafi called the UN and aid organizations mission in the country vital and stressed the continuation of the process of providing aid to the people.
Hanafi stated saying that the Islamic Emirate hails and supports the provision of humanitarian services and aid by United Nations and other aid organizations.
