BEIJING: Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Navy, Rear Admiral Shahram Irani:

Several other countries have been invited to take part in joint naval exercises between Iran, Russia and China.

The most important strategy of the navy in the current situation is to preserve and protect the interests and economic resources of the Islamic system and the Iranian people, this exercise is carried out with the aim of ensuring the security of the region and common interests.

By escorting Iranian ships at sea, we protect the shipping of the Islamic Republic of Iran and help countries that need support to ensure safe shipping.

With the support of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Iran, the Navy is expected to be replenished with several ships by the end of this year.
