Pakistan is being ruled by few capitalists and landlords: Siraj

F.P. Report

LOWER DIR: Jamaat-i-Islami chief and party candidate for NA 6 Sirajul Haq has said that a few numbers of capitalists and landlords have besieged the 250 million Pakistanis for the last 76 years and it is the time to get rid of them. He was addressing a party workers’ rally at Chakdara as chief guest.

The JI Adenzai chapter arranged a reception for Sirajul Haq at Chakdara which was attended by party workers from all parts of Adenzai. The gathering was also addressed by the JI candidate for NA 7 Maulana Dr Muhammad Ismail, PK 15 candidate Azizullah Khan, tehsil chief Bashir Muhammad, Syed Liaqatul Mulk and others. Siraj said the nation had witnessed the governments of the PML-N, PPP and PTI in the past and none of them had the ability to steer the country out of crises.

The JI chief said that during his tenure as the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa senior minister, the University of Malakand, BISE Malakand, Koto hydro power project, upgradation of local hospitals and establishment of new colleges were approved by the government. He said the JI wanted to rid the people from the slavery of the IMF and other global financial institutions. He alleged that the major political parties like PML-N, PPP and PTI had failed to fulfill their pledges made with the nation. He said that all those parties had deceived the nation one way or the other.

The JI chief said that Pakistan had come into being under an Islamic ideology but still there had been the same system in India and Pakistan. He said that inflation, unemployment and lawlessness had disturbed the masses and they wanted to get rid of those menaces.

He alleged the United States of America and its leadership wanted to inflict another war in this region which should be thwarted with unity of the nation. He said the JI would work seriously to bring all warring political parties on the same table after the general elections. He said the cooperation and coordination among Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran and Gulf States was the need of the hour to sabotage the US nefarious designs in this region.

Siraj asked the participants to convey the JI message and its manifesto to every voter before Feb 8 so that voters would support it for a greater cause. He said the JI would never disappoint the nation if it was given a chance to rule. He said the JI had an expertise in each field with a pious and honest leadership. He said the major political parties had disappointed the nation number by number and they had lost their right to govern any more in the country.

The JI chief said the previous rulers were responsible for the whole mess. Without naming Bilawal Bhutto, he said that one of the leaders considered the position of prime minister as his ancestral asset of his grandfather and mother while another one wanted to be made the prime minister for the fourth time. He asked the JI workers to reach each voter and convince them to vote for his party for true change, development and prosperity. The JI chief also condemned the killing of a polls’ candidate Rehan Zeb Khan in Bajaur and demanded the government to immediately arrest the killers.
