Marriyum condemns PTI Chief for criticism despite PSL success

KARACHI: State Minister for Information, Marriyum Aurangzeb has criticized the PTI chief Imran Khan and adding that instead of appreciating the government for successful Pakistan Super League in Pakistan, he is criticizing the government for only political benefits.

She said that Imran Khan trying to misguide the masses but he will not be succeeded in his plan. She added that PSL was very important for the country as it will opens the doors of international cricket in the cricket loving country.

Despite appreciating the government efforts, he continuning his tirade against the government which shows the PTI approach towards country development, she added.

Earlier Imran Khan talked about the rampant ‘money laundering & corruption” in the country and “the rapid fall of rupee value” instead of discussing PSL early this week.

Singer Ali Zafar also criticized Imran Khan and responded to Imran’s Twitter post, saying his tweet was ill-timed and that he should, instead, “appreciate, if not participate in the joy and sentiment of the country that comes with cricket coming home”.
