LAHORE: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) in Lahore has officially disclosed the tentative date sheet of the Punjab Matric Exams for 2024, on Monday.
As per details, the Matric Exams will start from March 1, 2024.
The said date sheet was decided in the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairman (PBCC) meeting at BISE Rawalpindi.
All the members of PBCC signed for approval of the same date sheet across all educational boards in Punjab.
According to the announcement, class 10 board exams will commence on March 1 and the first paper will be of History of Pakistan, Punjabi on March 2, English compulsory on March 4, and Arabic on March 5.
Chemistry and General Science on March 6 and Elements of Home Economics on March 7.
Physics and Islamic studies on March 8 and Islamiyat on March 9.
The last paper of Grade 10 will be taken on March 18.
Moreover, class 9 board exams will commence on March 19 and the first paper will be of Economics and History of Pakistan.
English paper on March 20 and Arabic paper on March 21 whereas the last paper will be of Pakistan Studies on April 4.
Furthermore, the morning session papers are scheduled to start at 8:30 AM, while the evening session exams will commence at 1:30 PM, except on Fridays when the evening session will start at 2:30 PM.
