Not a single bill of public interest approved in five years: Siraj

LAHORE: Ameer Jammat-e-Islami (JI) Sirajul Haq lashing out at the outgoing government has said that not a single bill of public interest was approved in last five years.

In a statement on Saturday, he said that the politicians need to provide details of what they did for the masses during five years.

Sirajul Haq said that the PDM government dropped another petrol bomb on masses before leaving.

He said that the political leadership talks about economic crisis but was reluctant to tell that who was responsible for rusting the country’s system.

The JI chief said that no concentration was paid towards resolving issues of inflation, lawlessness and to free country of corrupt practices.

He said that the JI has always raised voice for rights of women in the country. (INP)
