Overseas Pakistani philanthropist visits PCP, assurance of all possible support

PESHAWAR: Taj Akbar Khan, Chairman of Khyber Society of America and Overseas Pakistani philanthropist, visited Paraplegic Center in Hayatabad Peshawar and learned about performance of the different sections of this institution that provides free treatment to patients suffering from spinal cord injuries and diseases.
On this occasion, he mingled with the patients admitted at the center and inquired about their well-being and problems.
He appreciated the performance of this unique physical rehab institute in the country.
Later, in a conversation with the head of the institution, Dr. Syed Muhammad Ilyas, he assured all kind of support from the Pakistani community living in America, especially in New York, to this prestigious medical institution of Pakistan. He recorded his comments in the guest book and wrote;
“It is an honor for me to visit this great institution today. I am very impressed with the welfare projects of the staff here and the plans for the future. I pray that the Paraplegic Center Peshawar continues to achieve the same hallmark of success. Keep doing it”.
