PESHAWAR: The two-member bench of Peshawar High Court comprising of Justice Lal Jan Khattak and Justice Ijaz Anwar has announced decision regarding appetence of Bail Before Arrest (BBA) petition of Captain (rtd) Muhammad Safdar, on Tuesday.
PHC has reserved the decision 22 April due to unavailability of the petitioner namely Muhammad Safdar.
The petitioner had challenged arrest warrant issued by chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and initiated inquiry regarding assets beyond known resources.
While talking to media personnel informally Captain (retired) Muhammad Safdar claimed that media is powerless what should I talk about? And he added that bail has been confirmed so I am offering prayer of thanks and obedience before Allah.
