PESHAWAR: Chief Justice Peshawar High Court (PHC) Justice Qaiser Rashid granted two bails in different cases on two personal sureties and one lac rupee for each petitioner, on Friday.
One transit bail was granted Musaib Hussain and honorable court directed the petitioner appear before trial court on 30 January or earlier.
Another bail was obtained by Mubassir in murder case who was allegedly involved in killing of Dil Nawaz over money-dispute. However, Additional Session Judge (ASJ)-3 Kohat had rejected Bail before Arrest of the petitioner earlier.
The counsel for petitioner informed PHC that co-accused in the case is still absconder and now evidence is available against the petitioner.
