PHC grants bail to alleged culprits

PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) had granted bail to four alleged culprits involved two different offenses, on Monday.

In famous murder case of motor dealer Israr-u-Din of Swabi, bail has been granted to accused Bilal and Tawar Dad by the bench of high court.

For the crime case was registered at PS Swabi on 04.10.2020 u/s. 302/34 and later on 15 AA was inserted on recovery of crime weapons from accused. Motive behind the crime was money dispute of business transaction. Bail granted on ground of doubtful presence of eye witnesses and elements of plantation of crime weapons.

Moreover, PHC had bails to Saif ullah and Ali bahadar of Serdheri Charsadda, who were arrested by CTD mardan on 13.11.2020 from serdheri bazar along with pamphlets of Emaraat.e.eslami, chanda collection books and other materials busy in collection of chanda for banned organisation and inviting people for joining them.

Police also shown recovery of collected chanda amount and registered case u/s 11.N 11.F ATA.

Bail granted on ground of absence of any direct evidence and failure of investigation wing to collect any evidence regarding linkages of the accused with the crime or terrorist organizations. The counsel for accused for both petitioner was Shabbir Hussain Gigyani Advocate.
