PESHAWAR: Justice Sahibzada Asadullah of Peshawar High Court granted bail to alleged murderer involved killing of four tribesmen over land dispute, on Friday.
The counsel for petitioner Barrister Rokhan Nafees Shafi informed that Syed Rehman was arrested by police in crime committed on 14 August 2021 at Central Kurram.
The counsel informed that complainant had registered First Information Report against four persons while latterly the complaints included five more men and recently in court’s statement the petitioner had named in the offence.
The counsel further informed that the petitioner had named in the case on biased attitude while apex and high court had granted several judgment in favor of petitioners.
