PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has granted bail to alleged smuggler involved in trafficking of hashish and Ice-drugs.
The counsel Nasru Minallah Advocate informed that Adnan was arrested on 11 September 2021 in alleged smuggling of two kilo hashish and 1200-grams Ice-drug in the premises of Chamkani police station.
The counsel argued that more than one year of time police didn’t completed challan against petitioner and requested for release of Adnan on bail. PHC’s judge Justice Ijaz Anwar ordered release of alleged smuggler on bail after conclusion of arguments.
