PESHAWAR: The divisional bench comprising of Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Justice Qaiser Rashid and Justice Attique Shah has imposed rupees twenty thousand fine on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Cantonment Hospital Nowshera Cant for did not submitting comments, on Wednesday.
The counsel Danyal Asad Chamkani Advocate informed that petitioner Dr. Muhammad Hayat along with others serving at Cantonment Hospital while they deprive from health allowance.
The counsel for petitioner argued that PHC has directed competent authorities on 21 November 2021 to submit comments however the authorities had failed to submit reply till today.
The divisional bench has imposed rupees twenty thousand fine on CEO and directed to submit fine in Edhi center Peshawar from his account while adjourned further hearing till 2 March.
