The counsel Nauman Kakakhel argued that the company has withdrawn offer letter after one week which has abrogated the selection processes of CEO Khyber Pakhtunkhwa OGDCL while the Dr. Amir Jadoon was impacted from the decision as applicant.

The counsel further added that offer letter was also withdrawn on the ground of ingenuine information while argued that neither notice was served to petitioner nor applicant has provided facility in favor of his defense. Without any reason the offer letter shouldn’t be withdrawn, the lawyer added.

The counsel Nauman Kakakhel Advocate requested to stop provincial government and KP OGDCL from recruitment of new CEO of the company.
