PIA operates two special flights to Afghan capital

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will operate two special flights on Friday to the Afghan capital in order to rescue stranded Pakistanis and other foreigners.

PIC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Air Marshal Arshad Malik will accompany the flights to Kabul.

Arshad Malik decided to travel to Kabul himself in order to encourage the PIA crew.

A Boeing 777 and an Airbus 320 planes will fly to Kabul today.

According to flight inquiry of Islamabad Airport, both the flights will take off from the federal capital.
