PESHAWAR: The Director General NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Brig (R) Farooq Naser Awan distributes cheques amounting to Rs. 4.709 Million amongst 07 affectees of Zohaib Garden, Mardan & Islamabad in a graceful ceremony held at NAB (KP).
As per detail, several complaints were received at this Bureau against Amjad Ali Khan & others alleging cheating public at large. NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa authorities taking cognizance of the complaints authorized an inquiry to ascertain the real facts. During the course of inquiry it was revealed that accused Amjid Ali Khan along-with his other associates enticed and motivated general public through attractive advertisements to invest money with them in fraudulent housing scheme “Zohaib Garden” at Jail road Mardan, for providing them plots. Further they also lured the general public to invest in fake company with the name of “Rifah & Zohaib Associates and Sohaib Commercial Tower” mall road Mardan.
The DG NAB (KP) assured the general public that NAB (KP) will continue its efforts without any fear or favor and ensure the recovery of looted money from the culprits and return to its rightful heirs.
