Addressing journalists’ problems on priority

KABUL (Agencies): The Deputy Publication of the Ministry of Information and Culture Mohajer Farahi, attended the 6-month meeting of the provincial coordination of the Committee of Journalists Wednesday.
Farahi reaffirms saying that addressing the country’s journalists’ problem is one of the priorities of the Ministry of Information and Culture.
Farahi asked the journalists and the media to reflect on the realities in Afghanistan impartially and accurately.
The Ministry of Information and Culture’s spokesman Mufti Abdul Mateen Qani said in this meeting that the ministry will boost its endeavors to address the problems of journalists, adding that a joint delegation of representatives of the Ministry of Information and Culture and news organizations has been appointed, for this purpose.
The head of the Committee for the Protection of Journalists, Abdul Qadim Sahak called on the Ministry of Information and Culture to support this committee in forming educational courses and seminars, especially for provincial journalists.
The Committee for the Protection of Journalists was held today, Wednesday and will last for two days.
