Court grants interim bail to 3 PTI MPAs

PESHAWAR: Special Anti-Corruption Court granted interim bails to three Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Members Provincial Assembly (MPAs) till 1st June, on Tuesday.

According to prosecution, three MPAs belong to Swat namely former Minister Mohib Ullah, Salim Ullah Garan and Fazal Hakeem recruited 66 employees against the merit at Nawaz Kidney Hospital Sangota while misusing their authority.

Anti-corruption establishment has probe the matter which has caused lost of Rs13 million to national exchequer while lodged case against the three MPAs for misuse of power illegal recruitment.

The counsel for petitioner Nasir Naeem Umarkheli advocate appeared before court and requested for interim bail while Special Anti-corruption Court has bails till 1st June and stopped their arrested and directed to submit record in this regard.
