Deputy PM traveled

KABUL (Agencies): The Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Mullah Abdul Ghani Beradar, traveled to Herat to attend and speak at a meeting of Afghanistan’s scholars, tribal leaders, businessmen, and investors.
In a meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan thanked the businessmen, scholars, and officials of Herat province for organizing the gathering, according to a statement by his office.
“We are able against foreign currencies, while the developed countries of the region have failed to maintain the stability of their currencies.” Said Baradar in his speech, quoting the statement.
According to him, With the re-establishment of the IEA, many of the problems of industrialists, businessmen, and investors in Herat have been solved, and some remaining problems will be solved as soon as possible.
He informed the residents, businessmen, and investors of Herat that in the near future, work on the TAPI project will start from Herat, and the people of Herat will be the first to benefit from the project.
In addition to the TAPI project, the fifth phase of the industrial park in Herat Province will also be started, he said.
An industrial town will be built in the area of Pul-e-Hashemi, and the works of the Pashdan and Shendand dams will also be restarted in the near future, said Beradar.
