PESHAWAR: Malik Jawad Hussain, a former MNA of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from NA-47 Orakzai, announced his defection to Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) along with his companions.

“There were only talks and lies during the tenure of Imran Khan. He did not carry out even a single development project in my constituency,” he said.

“I had left my party. I have returned to my party. I passed time in the PTI with great difficulty,” he added.

On the occasion, Faisal Karim Kundi said that many people of the PTI had been contacting the PPP.

“The doors of the PPP are always open to those who do the politics of ethics,” he said.

“Only those doing the politics of honour will be included in the PPP,” he declared.
