Fresh graduates and job’s market

A large number of young people who graduate from our universities are only interested in 17th scale jobs in the beginning. Due to lack of proper skills, they have to get a job for 30 or 35 thousand per month in the initial days. It doesn’t look good and they think that if they had to do a job worth 30 thousand, then why did they graduate from the university even after the intermediate.

In this sense of inferiority, we are seeing a large number of young people becoming mentally ill and irritable due to unemployment, on the other hand, problems of depression are arising that if there is no job, how will there be a marriage.

The matter does not stop there, we have lack of patience and the material to learn things slowly. Because there is either a job in the market or not, even if there is, a big mountain of problems is waiting for a young person who has done Master’s or BS in a general subject after graduation, because general subjects have become useless in our country.

For example, sociology is valued in developed countries, it helps in building society, but in Pakistan, a student studying sociology will either be accepted by the department of social welfare or he will be hired as a lecturer somewhere or In an NGO, the market has not accommodated such subjects, which is a failure of the policy makers.

Second, there are major problems of jobs in government sector, the seats are already fixed before advertisement See if you want to do business then you need proper speaking and marketing skills to start your business even for Rs 1 lakh and for quick success you need someone paper with 100 marks MCQs (with values) or another way is CSS Which is not in everyone’s fortune because CSS books or even academy requires adequate money which is not possible without small jobs.
