PESHAWAR: Commander Peshawar Corps Lieutenant General Nazir Ahmed Butt visited forward areas of Bajaur Agency. He was given a detailed briefing by Inspector General Frontier Corps (N) Major General Waseem Ashraf on the prevailing security environment and operational preparedness. During a day long visit, Corps Commander interacted with Officers and soldiers at forward posts.
While addressing he hailed high morale of the troops and their determination to eliminate terrorism. Commander also appreciated effective border security arrangements which have enhanced control on cross border terrorist movement. During the visit IG FC (N) Major General Waseem Ashraf and Maj Gen Ali Amir Awan accompanied the Corps Commander.
