Higher education minister asked Pakistan to cooperate with Afghanistan

KABUL (AVA news): Minister Nadeem stressed the development of academic cooperation between Afghanistan and Pakistan, mentioning the close relations between the two countries, according to a statement.

He asked the Pakistan ambassador to cooperate in addressing the problems related to the visas of Afghan students in the said country, mainly in dispatching Pakistani professors to the Afghan International Islamic University, the statement added.

For his part, Pakistan’s ambassador in Kabul, Mr. Nizamani, said that he will share requests of the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan with the relevant bodies of his country, the statement further said.

“In the near future, Pakistan’s special representative for Afghanistan will travel to Kabul and will share the mentioned topics with him,” he said.

To end the Pakistan Ambassador to Afghanistan vowed to arrange a meeting with the Acting Minister of Higher Education and the Special Representative of Pakistan for Afghanistan, to further discuss the topics.
