Ophthalmology Dept holds grand CPC on ‘Sudden Loss of Vision’

PESHAWAR: Renowned Faculty of Ophthalmology (Dr Imran Ahmad-AP, Dr Fahad Zafar (PGR), Anatomy (Dr Abdul Hafeez-AP), Cardiology (Dr S Sadiq Shah-AP), Neurology (Dr Irfan Khattak-A P, Internal Medicine) (Dr. Ghulam Abbas- AP), and Rheumatology (Dr. Alamzeb Yousafzai- AP) gave a presentation on sudden vision loss and its management.

Prof. Dr. Mahmud Aurangzeb, Dean KMC was the chief guest on the occasion where he thanked Dr. Nazli Gull, Chairperson Ophthalmology Department KTH and her team for their efforts.

Furthermore, he said that Grand CPC is now part of the culture of Khyber Teaching Hospital which is enhancing the knowledge of our healthcare community which emphasizes the need for an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.

Dr. Nazli Gul and Dr. Bilal said that the aim of Ophthalmology department is to take care of your eyes health and we are happy that according to our aim we have organized this CPC/seminar and in future we will do this kind of CPC. Learning platforms will provide more opportunities.

Associate Professor Dr. Iqbal Haider – Consultant Medicine, is the Focal Person of KTH Grand CPC. Grand CPC is organized on a monthly basis in which a large number of students, doctors and trainees participate.
