Pakistani child killed in Qatar: Zahan laid to rest

PESHAWAR: A five-year-old child named Zahan who was killed in Qatar has been buried in Peshawar amid mourns and sobs after kidnapping, on Monday. The deceased was grandson of famous jeweler Imran of Peshawar Cantt and buried in his native graveyard.

The deceased Zahan was living in Qatar with his father Engineer Faizan.
He went missing, but the foreign national was arrested after CCTV footage of him abducting the child. However, the arrested foreign national is being declared mentally ill. The dead body of the murdered child was moved to Peshawar.

After the body of the five-year-old child was moved to Khaki Peshawar, there was a great commotion in his house and every eye was tearful. The funeral prayer of the murdered child was attended by personalities belonging to every walk of life.

Meanwhile, Former Focal Person for Federal Minister Manpower Overseas Pakistanis Shahid Khan has said that there should be an investigation into the murder of a five-year-old child who is being declared mentally ill. He said that the federal government of this incident should contact the government of Qatar and take practical steps to arrest and punish the accused involved in the incident.
