PESHAWAR: The Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court Justice Qaiser Rashid directed Additional Session Judge (ASJ-III) Nowshera Tufail Ahmed Khan to submit reply within seven days, on Friday.
The Muhammad Yousaf has filed petition for transfer of case from ASJ-III because of his attitude.
During hearing Chief Justice Qaiser Rashid remarked that on the allegation of petitioner, ASJ shall submit report before the Peshawar High Court.
