ISLAMABAD: Customs Court on Tuesday ordered to release red warrant of supermodel Ayyan Ali in Currency Smuggling Case.
Special Customs Court conducted hearing of the Currency Smuggling Case against Ayyan Ali.
During the proceedings, the court while ordering to issue red warrant of Ayyan Ali, leave to appeal the case until she is brought back to the country.
Customs Court Judge Arshad Hussain Bhutta leave to appeal the case against the supermodel after recording statement of witnesses under Section 512.
The court ordered that action would be taken against Ayyan Ali whenever she returned to the country.
The court also ordered the Ministry of Interior to issue letter for the release of red warrant.
