PESHAWAR: A divisional bench of Peshawar High Court (PHC) comprising of Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim and Justice Sahibzada Asadullah rejected writ of former Federal Minister Shehryar Afridi seeking cases record over non pursuing, on Thursday.
However, counsel for petitioner Arshad Ali appeared before court but PHC declared that the decision is announced in open court.
PHC ordered petitioner’s counsel to submit restoration application in this regard.
Moreover, the counsel informed that petitioner will submit restoration application.
