PESHAWAR: The Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Justice Qaiser Rashid turn-downed bail petition of drug-smuggler whose is unable to pay fine imposed in the offense by court, on Friday.
The counsel for petitioner informed PHC that co-accused has been released by submitting fine however Rahmatullah is unable pay fine after completion of sentence. Moreover, two kilogram heroin was recovered from the possession of culprit.
Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Justice Qaiser Rashid directed to make appeal in the case against the fine imposed in the conviction and adjourned further hearing till 29 March.
