Victims mourn Indian ‘travesty of justice’

ISLAMABAD (APP): Thirteen years on, the families of victims of Samjhauta Express mourn the tragedy when 68 persons onboard Delhi-Lahore train were burnt alive including 40 Pakistani nationals on Feb 18, 2007.

In the ‘travesty of justice’, the Indian court in 2019 had acquitted all culprits of the incident despite the availability of ample evidences, illustrating the unwillingness of the Indian government to hold the perpetrators to account for their barbaric action.
